Refund Policy for The Iconic Logo

At The Iconic Logo, we strive to deliver exceptional digital services, including and not limited to website development, design, logo design, video animation, SEO, marketing and content writing. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following refund policy:

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  1. Post-Approval of Initial Mockup:
    • Refunds are not provided once the initial design or mockup has been approved by the client.
  2. Change of Mind:
    • Refunds are not provided if the client decides not to proceed with the project after the payment has been made.
  3. Switching to a Cheaper Provider:
    • Refunds are not provided if the client finds a cheaper service provider during the project progress.
  4. Final Deliverable:
    • Refunds are not provided once the final deliverable has been made and accepted by the client.
  5. Third-Party Services:
    • Refunds are not provided for third-party services purchased on behalf of the client, such as hosting, plugins, website themes, SSL certificates, or domains.
  6. Client Inactivity:
    • Refunds are not provided if the client becomes unresponsive or ghosts for more than one week during the project.
  7. Business Failure:
    • Refunds are not provided if the client’s business fails to succeed after the completion of our services.

Refundable Scenarios

  1. Project Not Started:
    • Refunds can be provided if the project has not commenced within 72 hours of payment, provided no initial preview has been shared. If an initial preview is shared within 72 hours, refunds are not possible.
  2. Failure to Complete the Project:
    • Refunds can be provided if we fail to complete the project as per the agreed terms and timelines.
  3. Cancellation within 12 Hours:
    • Refunds can be provided if the client requests a cancellation within 12 hours of making the payment.
